Dose anyone know the best thing to use to clean up Psoriasis? It seems like everyone is different but the only two things that are working for me are, shea butter and a class one steroid from the doctor. Two problems, shea butter is fricking expensive after awhile and steroids, do I have to say more? So what works for you guys?

do a google search- it's sold online & at Walgreens. I use all of their products & they last a good long while.

For me, sunlight and light in general works well. Right now I'm getting narrow band ultraviolet B a couple times a week and it works great. But I imagine that sunlight is harder to come by in Milwaukee, and NBUVB treatment isn't that common yet.
