Hi!
I think I might have found a major P trigger for me. Turns out I'm gluten intolerant. I'm not a full blown celiac and I had no symptoms but a friend pointed out that even the National Psoriasis Foundation seems to recognize that some people benefit from going gluten free.
I've been GF for two months and I'm seeing improvement. Not 'does this look less red to you' kind of improvement either, but the 'wow, there used to be a lesion there, didn't there?' kind. Spots seem to be disappearing from the center out.
Don't get me wrong, gluten free sucks in some ways. No wheat, barley, rye, oatmeal even because most of it is contaminated. No bread that tastes like bread. Found a good kind of rice pasta. But now that I'm seeing improvement, it's making me want to stick to it!
Woo hoo! *dances*
